Fridge Care Returns Policy
1.A Orders for Special Order Goods may not be cancelled.
1.B The Buyer may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched by either:
(h) emailing [email protected]; or
(i) telephoning 0114
1.C Before returning any Goods to the Company the Buyer must contact the Company either by:
(j) email on [email protected]; or
(k) telephoning 0114; or
(l) telephoning the branch from which the Goods were despatched or collected, details of which are found on the advice note accompanying the Goods (“Advice Note”) to inform the Company that the Goods are being returned and to confirm details of the branch / address that the Goods should be returned to.
1.D The Buyer may return Goods for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery / collection provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(m) Goods will only be accepted if they are in brand new, unused condition fit for immediate re-sale;
(n) Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition,; and
(o) The Buyer supplies the Advice Note or other proof of purchase (and for the avoidance of doubt a copy of the email confirming details of the order will not be sufficient for these purposes)
1.E Where Goods are returned pursuant to Condition 1.D (where they are not faulty):
(p) in every case a restocking charge will be made; and
(q) the risk and cost or returning the Goods shall be at the Buyer's cost.
1.F The Company will examine the returned Goods and will process any refund to the Buyer within 30 days. Unless otherwise notified by the Company the price of the Goods will be refunded less any applicable delivery and/or collection charges.
1.G The Company cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):
(r) Special Order Goods;
(s) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (eg boiler printed circuit boards);
(t) Goods that have been fitted; and
(u) specially manufactured products.
We deliver – or you can collect. Our four delivery options offer you a choice of speed, convenience and cost – so you get what you need, when you want it. The options include delivery or collect – when you need it fast, to next day and planned date deliveries when it is less urgent. We also offer an out-of-hours delivery and collect-from-branch service.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is exactly what it says on the tin; you place your order and collect your goods from your chosen Fridge Care branch free of charge. You can collect goods that are in stock, any time up until 3pm. For items that are not in stock, many lines can be ordered up until 4pm for next day collection.For details of cut off times for goods that need to be ordered in can be found in the table below.Products will be ready for collection within one hour of the order being placed (assuming stock is available).Our branch will contact you to confirm a time that is convenient for you to collect your order When collecting your order, please make sure that you bring a valid form of identification, along with your order number. If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days of the collection date, your items will be returned.
